GENERAL TERMS OF SALE (CGV)

  1. Purpose & Scope

    These General Terms of Sale govern all sales of products concluded through the website sahrawioud.com between SAHRAWIOUD (hereinafter "the Seller") and any non-professional buyer (hereinafter "the Customer"). Purchasing any product from the website implies unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these Terms of Sale.

    Prices are displayed in Euros (€) or in the customer's local currency as selected on the website. Pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), VAT is not applicable ("TVA non applicable - article 293 B du CGI"). Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

    For international deliveries outside the European Union (such as the United States, Canada, and other non-EU countries), prices are exclusive of local import duties, customs taxes, and clearing fees. Any such fees or duties levied upon arrival at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  4. Orders & Payment

    Orders become binding upon confirmation of payment. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the secure payment options available on the store (e.g., Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, PayPal).

  5. Delivery

    Products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer during the checkout process. Delivery times and rates are specified during checkout based on the destination.

  6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

    In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

  7. Applicable Law & Consumer Mediation

    These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer must first contact customer support at contact@sahrawioud.com to attempt to resolve the issue amicably.

    In accordance with Articles L.612-1 and L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the absence of an amicable agreement or if no response is received from the Seller within one (1) month, the Customer has the right to refer the matter free of charge to an accredited consumer mediator:
