1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Thank you for shopping at Sahrawioud. All of our luxury products are shipped securely directly from France. We proudly ship to France, the European Union, and worldwide using trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

2. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Yes, we provide full tracking for every order. As soon as your package is dispatched from France, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this number to follow your package's journey until it reaches your address.

3. LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

In the event of loss or damage during transit, direct responsibility lies with the carrier. However, because customer satisfaction is our top priority, Sahrawioud will handle the claim and communicate with the carrier on your behalf. If a package is confirmed lost or damaged, we will gladly ship a new replacement order to you immediately at no extra cost.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

When ordering from Sahrawioud, the customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or brokerage charges levied by your local government upon arrival outside the EU are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sahrawioud has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

- United States Customers: Orders shipped to the US under €800 are generally duty-free.
- Rest of the World: Your package may be subject to local taxes and customs clearance fees depending on your country and order value. These fees must be paid by the buyer to the local courier before delivery.
